Dr. Elmer Castillo is a Leadership and High-Performance Expert and the CEO and founder of Elite Consulting. He graduated with a BS in Health Science from Kaplan University, a MS in Exercise Physiology from the University of Central Florida, and a Ph.D. in Performance Psychology from Florida State University. He has provided high-performance training to a wide range of clients, including athletes, coaches, teams, cheerleaders, performing artists, corporate and healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and health and wellness companies. As a Performance Expert supporting the Army’s premier basic training installation, he also has extensive experience delivering mental, resilience, and leadership training to military service members in individual and group settings.
Dr. Castillo has significant teaching and mentorship experience at the university level and has published several articles in leading academic journal outlets. He is a U. S. Marine Corps veteran, a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, and listed in the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee's (USOPC) mental training registry.
